1. Eligibility & scope: This Website is an information and enquiry site. Our field-services application and admin portal (used by our workforce and clients) require a separate account and are intended for users aged 18 or over.
2. Account security: Where you hold an account in our application or admin portal, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.

1. Invoicing & payment: Invoices are issued via FreshBooks. Where card payment is enabled, it is processed on FreshBooks' secure hosted payment page by its payment partners (which may include Stripe). We do not receive or store your card details.
2. Disputes: Direct billing or payment disputes to us using the contact details on your invoice; card-processing disputes may also be raised with the payment provider named on that page.
